NRG Energy, Inc. Announces Proposed Offering of Senior Secured First Lien Notes
NRG intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, to reduce the amount outstanding under its senior first priority secured term loan and to pay fees and expenses related to the offering of the Notes.
The Notes and related guarantees are being offered only to qualified
institutional buyers in reliance on Rule 144A under the Securities Act
