NRG & NRG Yield Announce Chad Plotkin to Resume Leadership of Investor Relations

Princeton, NJ–September 8, 2015 – Today, NRG Energy, Inc. and NRG Yield announce, effective immediately, Chad Plotkin will resume leadership of Investor Relations.

Most recently, Chad has been leading the Finance organization for NRG Home Solar. Prior to that role, Chad led NRG’s Investor Relations organization from 2012 to early 2015. Chad began his tenure with NRG in 2007 focusing on, Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions. Before joining NRG, Chad spent 10+ years in Finance, Strategy and Corporate Development leadership roles across several industries including Retail and Wholesale Energy, satellite communications and a startup technology company.

We are looking forward to Chad’s return to Investor Relations, in part, due to his experience and long standing relationships with the investment community. With his help, we will continue to shape strong relationships with our investors, while delivering on our financial goals.
